I've searched on google and I read that there'l be a PlayStation 4 coming out soon. It's a rumor, but hey, we don't know. What if it's true? awww, and I just got a PlayStation3. =(

Sony itself announced that there will not be a PS4 at least until 2015. And the PS4 may take even more years to be released due to the economic crisis. Sony or any other company wouldn't try to develop a new generation console in such circumstances, it would be a disaster.
