Are there any upgraded wifi rumors with ps3 slim rumors?

So i know the ps3 slim is still a rumor but its looking really real now, is there any rumors of it having a better wifi connection, my ps3 can only kind of work on wifi with a wireless range expander in the room, but my macbook works great with no expander anywhere so i know the current one sucks on many levels in the ps3, so back to the question does anyone know if it will be better with the ps3 slim
