I hear rumor and news about new playstation 3 40gb?

i heard the new playstation 40gb come up on nov 2th cost is 400$.. does it have with playstation 3 bundled of spiderman 3 movies blue ray?? what color?? some people says it gonna be white playstation 3?? Picture proof with says 40gb?? I couldnt find it...
