I know you guys might say "this is unnecessary due to the lack of members" but active moderators(maybe 2 or 3 for now) would be a good idea to help cut down on spam,fighting etc. And maybe have 1 American and 1 British to help with the time difference. You can have applications with certain qualifications(age,post count, how long they've been here, how helpful they are, good posts, etc).
