I have a rather annoying problem:

I create a custom player in the player creation section, and i make them just as i want them to look, and be (it's sweet!) but them when I add them to my team of choice, and head back to play in franchise, they aren't on my team.... What Gives??!!

If anyone can solve my problem, theres a best answer =)
