My television is very old and doesn't have those 3 colored outlets for the red, yellow and white plugs for the Ps3, but my Time Warner cable box does. The TW box is plugged in to the DVD/VCR and the DVD/VCR is plugged into my TV. So, I thought I could plug the colored wires into the TW box and somehow switch over from cable TV to the Ps3 game screen on my TV, but I don't know how. Can anyone help me? Otherwise, I'll have to use my tiny TV for the Ps3 and I hate using that. Is there any way to do it using the TW remote?

So, the TW cable box is plugged into the back of this DVD/VCR..

And I plugged the Ps3 colored wires into the front of the TW cable box..It says AUX input. I don't know what that means..

Is it possible to get this working or should I just give up and use my tiny TV?
