Should I pre-order Final Fantasy XIII-2 for xbox 360 or ps3?

I have final fantasy XIII on ps3 and am wondering which system I should get the second one on.

PS will always have better graphics, features, and add-ons ...

XIII had better quality on the PS3 than on the Xbox, so maybe the PS3 quality will be better with XIII-2 aswell

Does it matter? It really is just the same game but with a different controller.
