PS3: How do I get the Ecto-1 car on GTA 4?

I've looked it up on Google, leading me nowhere so I thought I might ask the public... How can I get the Ghostbusters car (Ecto - 1) in my game? (I have the PS3 version, if that makes any difference) I've seen videos and seeing that Halloween is tomorrow, I just had to have this car to use in my game!

But I've looked on Google and found useless information. So can anyone help me? Is there a cheat, like for all the other vehicles? Or do I have to get a certain achievement, or what? I just really want this car! Please help me!!! I'm desperate! :P

It's probably a PC only mod.. sorry mate :/
