I have 100% connection, When I go to wireless, and I put the CORRECT WEP key(I tried multiple times, for multiple days) But it still says the attempt to obtain IP adress has timed out . I'm right by the Modem, I use the same code I used for the first time I connect to ps3..

Are you sure your ISP isn't having problems on their end?

easy fix , reboot your router and modem t refresh the ip address , this fixes ip issues 99% of the time , unless it is caused by a poor wifi signal or bad router

another solution , buy an ethernet cable , if you are rigth beside the riuter there is no reason to use wireless , an ethernet cable is really cheap and gives a 100% connection every time
