My ps3 NAT is strict, I've spent so much time trying to fix it, Please Help!!!!?

First of all; I have a DIR-655 D-link wireless N router. My ps3 has a type 2 NAT type, yet all of my games show it as strict and my connection suffers from it. My ps3 has a static ip, it's got ports open, it's in the dmz. I've literally tried everything I've found on the Internet to change it and nothing has worked. Please help I've spent over 50 hours trying to fix this.

There is light at the end of the tunnel...I had the same issue a few years back.
