I am aware of the fact that it is announced, but it seems to have quieted down quite a bit. I am not sure where to look for a credible source, but rumors say anything from "Right around the corner" to late 2013.

I ask this since it's now more than a year since the PC version. The official web-site has no mention of a PS3 version, but the Sony and PS3 logo is still present on the bottom of the page.

I am also well aware of the situations that both Japan and Square Enix is in, but they are still quite active on other fronts. (Deus Ex, Dungeon Siege etc..)
