I'm using a ps3 on a hd tv .
For some reason , today a strip/bar appeared at the left side of my tv screen .

Hard to describe it but it's muti coloured and flickering .

I've already tried resetting the console and that didn't get rid of it .

Anyone got any suggestions ?
