This is a hard question to answer because there are so many great PS3 games and each of them are unique in their own ways so I guess I have to say that Uncharted 2 was the best, but that might change when Drakes Deception comes out in November.

i dunno if you mean ps3 exclusives but oh well...

right now batman arkham city.. it's been years since a game has made me jizz in my pants. simply amazing.
