Dark Souls PS3 Save Transfer Possible?

Hello, I've been playing Dark Souls on my friend's PS3 for a while now (SL 30), and I'm heavily thinking about getting a PS3 in the VERY near future. Question, is there ANY POSSIBLE way to transfer my save from his PS3/account, to a new PS3/account? It's on his save, on his account, but I don't mind a little hackery here and there... Just need the save to work on my profile. ;D
