How do I use my Motorola Droid internet on my Nintendo Wii?

I have a non-rooted original Droid with 2.2 software. I've tried to connect it to my Nintendo Wii to use the internet on it but can't. I have the Easy-Tether Pro application and I still couldn't connect even when I have the UDP Passthrough enabled. Can someone please help me with this?
