PS3 SLIM or XBOX 360 SLIM 4GB with KINECT?

I have a budget of Rs. 20000/-. What should I go for? I like the PS3 games, but through XBOX 4GB I can save approx Rs. 5000/- + I can get the KINECT. Which will be better?
