Sony PS2 Gaming Pad To USB Help.?

I have a PS2 to USB peace from twin to PC that worked great for years and it still works wonders for xbox and game cube.

But after i got a new gaming computer with windows 7 on it the driver will install but wont work.

I would like help trying to get this one to work. Thank you.
