can anyone give me some tips on how to beat ndesu in resident evil 5 xbox 360?

i'm playing in pro mode up until now its been no more difficult than veteran mode but this is killing me ive been trying for two days now any tips on how to kill the b@@@@rd would be gratefully appreciated
