What's the difference between a 4GB and 250 GB xbox 360?

Does 4GB deal with video, or hard drive? Im a little confused. Could somebody give me an explanation and/or reccomendation? Im only looking to use an xbox 360 to play games, not stream videos or moviesor whatever.
