Will my package be sent back? (Nintendo Wii Repair)?
So I followed everything Nintendo told me to do. I packed my Wii into fitting box, printed the shipping label and attatched it to the box, but one thing I missed was this . . .
"* Include a note in the package with the following information:
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- Your RO number (provided in the subject line of this email).
* Place the note into an envelope and include in the package."
Ok so I grew worried but I didn't bother worrying about it considering I assumed there was a good chance they already had my information after I filled out the shipping form online. I tried to track m package today . . . but I was informed that it never reached the facility. I shipped it Tuesday but I'd have assumed it would have been transported to the nearest repair facility. Apparently not . . . so I'm wondering, was that note crucial? Will my order not be fulfilled now?
