i would like to know if i will get banned from Xbox live if i have illegal games (back up games) on my Xbox 360 120 GB HDD. and there in my HDD while I'm playing a original disk. i just don't want to damage my games so i make back ups. and i need those other games to stay on my hard drive while I'm playing original games online. will i get banned? pleas be 100% sure.
