I bought a brand new Nintendo Wii 3 days ago. Its not my style so I want to take it back

I called the store, if its been opened, no returns...

So, why dont they take returns? And, how are they going to know I opened it and played with it? I saved all of the packaging and the box wasn't like sealed with tape or anything

I know with target when i got a PSP Go i had it for like a week and put everything in the back like it was, taped the box shut, got the receipt and took it to the store and got a FULL refund... and at target if u don't have the receipt they can look up your debit or credit card (if u used that) then u get a refund with out a receipt.... Box everything up like you got it then take it to the store with the receipt then you should get a refund... if you don't get the refund and have to keep it sell it on EBAY for a bit of a profit with a game included... will get more money that way

once the Wii has been connected to power, it will not be in its factory condition. I'm not sure how the store identifies this because I don't exactly work in any store. However, I suggest you sell it on a craiglist site such as http://www.kijiji.ca

nope its to late you broke the seal they will know but you can try cause some people don't look at it

Trust me, they will be able to tell! I know you think you'll get away with it, but you won't! I think you're out of luck. I would suggest ebay, Craig's list, or a friend who would buy it off of you.
