This has happened before..I have a game in my xbox 360...my xbox is standing up on my floor and it tips over...now all of a sudden my disc cannot be read and its saying clean it with a soft cloth and restart the console....i did that and it STILL cant read it!

wat can i do to fix this?

It's probably scratched. Send it to microsoft for a new disc.
