Sims 3 on Xbox 360 Cheats?

I was wondering if anyone had found cheats for Sims 3 on xbox?

I've already found the Llama cheats but, I was wondering if theres a way to force twins or triplets with pregnancy? Or force a gender? Maybe make a specific sim grow up when you want? Anything helps!
