Is the Nintendo Wii really worth buying? i am not looking for online multiplayer but i do love mario games and i heard they have new super mario which is probably old but i loved the ds version. Let me know what you guys think. thanks

I will start by saying that I personally do not like the Wii. It just doesn't have the kind of games I enjoy playing and I don't like the magic motion control stuff. (I'm a PC and XBox360 gamer myself)

That being said, If you enjoy the kind of games that Nintendo offers (Mario, Metroid, etc) then by al means get it. A lot of people love the system and it really started a revolution in gaming. If you are concerned about the motion control, then find a friend that has a Wii and try it out, but if you already know that you don't mind the motion controls then by all means, buy it, because it seems like you enjoy the types of games that Wii has to offer.
