i just turned it on today and i put mw2 in and it took a long ass time to read it and then it just said open tray like there wasnt a game in it so i put in fallout 3 and the same thing happened and my copy of fallout 3 is almost like new i tryed some other games and it also wont work and whenever i turn on my 360 it takes a long time to actually go to the dashboard it stays on the logo for like 30 seconds can i turn it in to microsoft so they can fix it cause this is the second time my 360 broke and its the same one so can i turn it in and if i do will they charge me money

just try cleaning the disk with a cleaning disk cloth or cleaning the disk holder make sure there is no crums in there or anything. also make sure it isnt over heating.
