I have the pro xbox and it includes all the cables a wireless controller a wireless adapter 5 games and turtle beach x31 i am selling it to buy an elite console

Well you might not get much since most people fear buying that console. And you can get any Xbox 360 game free by flashing the console http://www.XBOXISO.com/ You can get maybe without the games like $130 on eBay or Amazon get it hack from ioffer like me.

Go on ebay and see how much they are going for, also visit a local game store and ask the clerk.
