help with NAT setting plz xbox 360?

hi i play cod 5 and when i play i only get 1 red bar or some times 2 bars signal (ping) and it sucks cause when i shot i miss .

my default gateway is 192.168.1.1 if that helps and my ip address is 192.168.1.35 hope they help
