Can I create a Mii on/from my computer, for the Nintendo Wii?

I know how to go in and create/edit a Mii on the Nintendo Wii, in the Mii Channel. But I was wanting to know if there's a way to create my own avatar/Mii from my computer, to then put in the Wii console, using an SD card. Does anyone know?? and if so, please let me know how?? and which file extension it would be

umm...
i dont think so, unless somehow you can download a mii channel onto your computer
otherwise, its possible
