sure you can virtually play baseball or tennis, but wouldn't it be much better to go outside and do it for real? And any games that are multi platform for Wii have cheap gimmicky controls and N64 graphics.Almost all the exclusives suck and are aimed at little kids and soccer moms.and a 2GB memory? 1.- Yes, you can play sports outside, but if people play sport games by just pressing buttons like in the PS3/360 why can't they at least move they're arms a little?
2.- Not all MP games have cheap controls
3.- lol 64 graphics, you do know the DS has 64 graphics right? you can't compare those kind of graphics with Wii ones
4.- Not enough memory? i have over 25 games and 5 virtual consoles ones and i still have enough memory
5.- I already have an xbox 360, but i use the Wii a lot more, i find it more entertaining

I have a 360, I don't want a PS3 (sony sucks in the service dept and I always have to call on my Sony systems). My Wii has several awesome exclusives that kids...shouldn't play. (Mad-world, No More Heroes) Yeah, the Multi-platform's are crap, but then again, since the Game Cube it's always been like that. I have a Wii so I can get all those great Virtual Console classics, ( I didn't have a Neo Geo or a Genesis ) the nifty little Wii-Ware titles (Conduit), the non-gimmicky Exclusives (LoZ, Metroid, MK Wii), and my few GameCube games too. PS3 isn't even backwards compatible anymore.

A TRUE hardcore gamer would be more concerned with game play over graphics. Your rant is an epic fail. Check the sales numbers...I'm sure N disagrees too, fanboi.

On some level you are right
The Wii is not that bad, it's pretty good
But for me it's just collecting dust
The only time I play my wii is when my 4 year old wants to go a few rounds at Mario kart, or Smash Brother

So no, the Wii is not a failed system, it just abandoned the hardcore gamer
The Wii is a success with the grandmas and kids, and soccer moms

In a lot of ways the wii is pretty much like the v-tech V-motion system, with graphics being the only difference

3 mario games? not.... I have at least 10 gamecube games and 3 wii games... theres call of duty... plus you can play old platforming games. because Not all of us are good at tennis or want to play money for bowling. And trust me if you get lego starwars it is the exact same as xbox 360..
