Yesterday, I purchased a second Wireless controller for my Xbox. It synced properly, it seemed, allowing me to use every button function that there is when I used it to play Halo 3. However, everything is sluggish and slow. I set the controller sensitivity to maximum and it still grinds slowly when I push the stick to the right. The characters on screen walk only, not run no matter how far the thumbstick is pushed and no matter the settings to speed I try, it still moves at exactly the same speed. Oddly enough, this problem doesn't seem to affect direct left movement. In Halo, if I strafe to the left, it goes perfect and fast. Up, down and right act like the weight of a cheerio is causing the only stick pressure.

Anyone else had this issue or have an idea of how to fix it?
