My controller just wont connect with my console at all! ive tried everything in the manual and practically everything people have said on other sites and it still does not work.
When i turn on my console theres no green rings of light just the power logo, on my controller all the green rings of light are flashing.
When i press the syn button on my console the green lights start to swirl and when i press the syn button on my controller they continue to all flash at the same time.
after 10 seconds or the console green lights stop swirling and it just goes blank again (apart from the power logo ofcourse) while the controller still flashes.
BUT when i hold down for 2 seconds or so on my controller the lights start to swirl so when i press the the sync button on my console the green lights just flash in syn with each on my console and then once again it goes blank and my controller is still not connected! i really have no idea what i can do at all, please help??

P.S. i did put in a new pair of batteries

most important check if the battery is not dead battery pack back and try placing a new battery.

the controllers connection WIFI sounds broken all you can do is take it back to where ever you bought it or buy a new controller
