Should I bring my Xbox 360 hard drive to a friends house? Will it damage it?

going to a friends house thats about 10min away in a car (i live in NYC so like 25 blocks), gunna take the car and will be rly careful... do you think i will damage it? i wanna play my resident evil saved data at his house.
