I'm meeting a guy tonight to buy a used xbox 360 60gig system. I found his add on craigslist. He said he bought it a couple of days ago at a Target but decided he did not want it. He's willing to give me the receipt and let me test it if I have a place to test it (but I don't have a place to test it near where he lives). I don't think he's willing to let me use his place because he doesn't know me. He's selling it to me for 240. What should I look for on the system? I was thinking of connecting it to an outlet (at a starbucks) and letting it run for a while to see if it gets the 3 red rings. Any other ideas of how I can protect my self? Manufacturing date? Serial number? Why doesn't he just return it to target if he has the receipt?

check if the 360 is modded, they ban ur profile AND 360 from xbox live if the modded 360 connects online, also check if the disc reading is fine
