hello i was wondering if it says on the ups website tracking link returned to shipper does it mean its in germany or does it mean its coming back to me.? and i phoned them up today (ups) and asked for a update where it was and what it was doing they said that it departed from germany this morning it said departure scan does that mean that it is coming back home because its only been 4 days its been gone i am abit confused please help me .
