Ok so when we plug in the controller there are 4 blinking red lights. It's been plugged in since like 5 months ago, so I know it's not dead. When we unplug it, there are no lights at all and it won't turn on. Also, when it's plugged in, it doesnt allow you to use it; the lights just blink.
