can you put downloaded games from your ps3 to a usb?

i got infamous the day that Sony let everyone chose which games they got to download for free, but i accidentally deleted mine trying to delete dead nation, but my friend has it on his ps3. is there anyway i can get the whole game onto a usb and then back onto my ps3?
