Default how can i fix my ps3 controller?

2 days ago i dropped my ps3 controller on the pavement in my basement. Every button is working functional except the r1 and r2 triggers. Normally the r2 trigger would feel springy when u press it. now its not the same as the l2, the l2 trigger is working normally but the r2 trigger feels like theres no spring in it and the l1 trigger is really sensetive. if i touch it lightly then it would shoot (mw2). that doesnt happen normally. wat should i do??
