I just bought Brink yesterday and anytime I am in a menu my controller starts scrolling up like crazy for no reason... When I leave the menu and start playing, my guy doesnt move... So i know its not my controller otherwise it would keep moving during game play but it only scrolls / moves up in the menu...

Anyone know whats going on or having the same problem?

It ia not just you who has this problem. I too have this problem.
I bought 2 brand new copies from zavvi gor me and my partner to play and I have the exact same problem woth the menu although when I get on gameplay I am able to play. The only way to fix the menu is press down on the stick until it atops moving and then use the directional pad to select and it should be fine. It sounds like a problem with them all though which is the only reason I havnt sent mine back. Thanks for posting this though because I couldnt find anything on the problem
