PS3: how do you check ur hard drive ''MB'' things?

i have a 120gb ps3 i got a demo from the playstation store it said it was 856 mb's...how do i check how much mb's i have left OR (if you know) how much Mb's does a 120gb ps3 have?

this may not help your question but theres 1000 MB in 1 GB or a 120GB PS3 Has 120,000 MB so 856 mb is nothing and songs are only 5 mb each and pictures are usually 1/4 of an mb so yeah ps3's can store a lot no need to worry about space
