I have a pretty shanty computer and would like to be able to have my laptop act as a screen.

I have heard that Easy Cap USB would work, but I'm hesitant. Can someone tell me if it work?

Here is the item I am talking about. I don't require it to be on the TV and computer at the same time and I don't really want to record it. I just want to play the game on my PS3.
