Ps3 Controller not working?

I tried resetting it but it just doesnt connect wireless. I have to plug it into the ps3 with a usb cord for it to work. Pleasee help.

did you update to firmware 3.15 ?
it fixes the bluetooth connection issues some people are experiencing along with the trophy synch errors .
