How do I capture HD quality video and sound from my PS3?

I am very interested in making video montages for my gaming experiences on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and any other games that may come out in the future.

Be it a devise or a primitive cable I have the funds for whatever is needed, as well as editing programs as well. What I need is a name.

Thanks.
I use Mac, BTW.
