Hiya..

im planning to buy a 1TB EXTERNAL Hard Drive soon and ive done some research and says i could use it for my PS3 as well, but i have to convert it to FAT32, but i still have a few questions...

1) are there any particular 1TB HD i should buy for the PS3 to recognize?(speed?brand?etc?)

2) IF i convert my 1TB HD would it still all be 1TB in size?..cause im kinda confused when others say its gonna be partitioned or something...

3) can i use my 1TB (if/when i format it to FAT32) to back up everything in my PS3?..JUST in case i change the PS3's INTERNAL hardrive in the future..?

4) can i still use my formatted 1TB to store my PC files (Word files, Media, pics, ALL MANNER OF FILES) just like a normal un-formatted HD?wont it affect the PS3 when it reads it..?

cause im planning if its possible to interchangeably use the HD to back up a few files in my PC and on my PS3 as well
