After replacing PS3 with new Hard Drive, the PS3 won't allow the PS3

Hard drive or blu-ray to boot! HELP!!? Hi all,

I recently replaced my PS3 with a new hard drive and after turning it on again, the PS3 won't load the hard drive or the blu-ray drive. The blu-ray drive just ejects the disks and the hard drive isn't read. I hear that the PS3 is assigned a registry key, what do I do now?

thats all you should know about upgrading, but make sure you update your PS3 and back up everything to a thumb drive or such!
