...DVI > HDMI adapter? Ok i plan on buying a PS3 soon, but i want to connect it to my NON HD computer monitor.

the monitor can have DVI or VGA input,

so if i buy an HDMI cable with a DVI adapter, and plug it into the PS3, will it work?

also: How would i get sound, since HDMI>DVI doesnt transfer sound?
