How do I get my PS3 controller repaired!?

I need to know where to go in order to get my new dualshock 3 controller that came with the console repaired. I looked all over the net and I can't find a service page from SONY to repair it. I won't do it myself because there is an issue with the alignment of the analog sticks and only SONY can do this.

Eh, I'm pretty sure they don't fix controllers, but call there customer support line and ask... It won't kill you...
