Is the ATI Radeon HD 4670 better or worse than the graphics in Xbox 360 and PS3?

The core in the 4670 is 750MHz and can play Crysis at VERY HIGH settings, is it better or the same or slower than that in the Xbox 360 and PS3's?

I can attest that while the 4670 *can* play Crysis at very high, it can't do it well. I had a system with two HD4670 cards in Crossfire and barely got 30fps.

To answer your question, you're comparing a video card with a complete computer. The answer will depend on what other hardware is used along with the 4670. Processor? Ram? Chipset?
