If I upgrade my hard drive how will I get my psn account on my hard drive. also I just did a back up and when I do another one what do I do. Do I have to delete the first back up then back up again.

your account information is not effected by changing drives
you'll be able to see your account(s) right away when you install the new hdd and just need to sign in and then restore
it's a good idea to delete old backups before making new ones if you want to save disc space
