Plug the phone into the PS3 using the USB cord. Then go into the Photo area of the PS3 and press Triangle then view all. Usually shows any connected products then you can view accordingly. Other option is if that phone has a SD Memory chip then make sure the pictures are saved there and slip that into your PS3 then go to photo and should say SD Memory Card and let you open it directly.
